Many coaching conversations deal with issues that are not simply individual. They are connected to roles, relationships, expectations, repeated dynamics and organizational context.
When these systemic patterns are not seen, problems may appear to be solved but later return. This programme helps coaches and professionals recognize those recurring patterns and support the person in front of them in finding more sustainable, responsible and context-sensitive ways forward.
To content, process, relationship and context.
Recurring patterns, loops and interdependencies behind presenting issues.
Using systemic hypotheses with professional caution, offered as exploration, never as diagnosis.
Belonging, order and exchange in organizational contexts.
Moving from complaint toward sphere of influence and responsible action.
Designing small, realistic experiments rather than short-term fixes.
Live, instructor-led sessions with plenty of room to practise. You’ll work with real cases, map systems, try systemic questions in role-play and peer coaching, and coach in small groups with supportive feedback.
The programme builds on the way you already hold coaching conversations rather than replacing it. You’ll leave with an additional lens, not a new method to adopt. The focus stays firmly on the conversation itself: reading the system to help the person in front of you, rather than to analyse or advise their organization.
