A New Conversation Begins: The First Metaweaves Podcast on Organizational Constellations

At Metaweaves, we explore how systems thinking and systemic leadership help leaders and organizations navigate complexity. In our recent blog posts, we reflected on three classical systemic principles: belonging, order, and balance.
But systemic understanding rarely grows through theory alone.

It grows through conversation, curiosity, and shared exploration.

That spirit is what inspired the first episode of the Metaweaves Podcast “Systemic Insight Lab con Metaweaves”, where we open a dialogue on organizational constellations and systemic coaching with Chilean practitioner and author Josefina Errázuriz.

Looking at Organizations Through a Systemic Lens

In this inaugural conversation we explore how systemic constellations allow leaders and teams to see the hidden patterns shaping their organizations.
Many organizational challenges appear on the surface as:

  • recurring conflicts
  • unclear roles and responsibilities
  • decision-making paralysis
  • resistance to change

Yet systemic work suggests that beneath these visible issues often lie deeper organizational dynamics.

Through our dialogue, Josefina shares insights from her work with leaders and organizations, illustrating how organizational constellations can reveal relationships, loyalties, and systemic patterns that traditional analytical approaches may overlook.

As we discuss in the episode, systemic approaches invite us to ask a different kind of question:

What invisible dynamics might be shaping what we see in organizations?

A Conversation on Systemic Practice and Leadership

Throughout the episode we explore topics such as:

  • What organizational constellations are and how they emerged
  • How systemic approaches support leadership development and organizational learning
  • Why understanding systemic dynamics can transform the way we approach complex challenges

The conversation reflects a broader theme in systemic work:

Organizations are living systems, and their dynamics cannot always be understood through linear analysis alone.

Also, the conversation reflects a central idea in systemic work:
what we cannot see in the system often shapes the system the most.
